Update: There's apparently quite a demand for sexy electric vehicles - 520 reservations for the new Tesla S since its announcement a week ago. Considering the economy and that this is projected for late 2011... pretty impressive.
The Tesla Roadster has teamed up with Solar City, giving it's existing sustainability an additional green boost. The Roadster, a 100% electric, high-performance, ultra-sexy car, was looking pretty good to begin with, although as some have pointed out, electricity creates pollution of its own. Solar City has stepped in and developed solar panels for your home, that feed power directly to your Tesla outlet. Pretty sweet deal.
